Jesus Cantarero planted Organic vineyards in the most northern corner of La Mancha at high altitude and established DO UCLES in 2003. Decades later he joined forces with two Masters of Wine Andreas Kubach MW and Sam Harrop MW - who now manage Vineyards and all winemaking operations. All wines under the Mesta range are honest and Organic wines with great varietal tipicity.
