The CYAN winery has been recognized by the International press for the quality of its wines since it was founded in 1999. Just 12 km from the town of Toro in the province of Zamora, the landscape has the characteristic form of the rolling hills of this region. The winery is located on the road between Toro and Venialbo, just outside the village of Valdefinjas. It is made up of three buildings, one of them half buried where the casks rest, while the other two crown a hill that gives a marvellous view of the area and its vineyards. The winery’s modern facilities are equipped with the necessary machinery to attain the final objective: the highest possible quality. It has 600 casks, most of French oak. |
